Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is a diploid (2n=18) species of the
Brassicaceae family and a major commercial vegetable crop for agriculture
and human nutrition. Radishes are a well-defined group of cultivated
species comprising root vegetable crops around the world that encompass
a wide range of shapes, sizes, and colors. The Radish Genome Database
(RadishGD) provides the radish community with a reference genome
sequences along with diverse genomic resources to facilitate scientific and
				agronomic studies of radish.
